How Can I Apply for Summer Internship With Oracle India?



Oracle is one of the largest IT companies in the world popular for its flagship product, a relational database management system (RDBMS) with the same name. A lot of IT companies in India and across the world depends on Oracle for analytics applications, business intelligence and supporting a mix of transaction processing. Naturally, an internship opportunity with Oracle is what every intern will look forward to.

Mainly because Oracle offers amazing internship opportunities and is known for its dedicated internship programs for undergraduate and postgraduate students of Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electrical and related fields. The duration of the summer internship program is 3 months. The company also encourage B-Tech final year students to apply for internship whose duration is 6 months.

1. Online application through Oracle India’s official website

Check the company website for available internships and apply online. You will have to register and fill in your profile before you are able to send in the application

Once you are done applying using any of the above processes, you will have to wait for a response from the Oracle’s talent acquisition team. Oracle receives thousands of applications every year and it might take some time before you receive any kind of reply from them. If your profile is shortlisted, you will receive an email from the HR department of the company with details of online assessment.


If you clear the online assessment, the next step will be to attend a series of Face-to-face interviews. You will be assessed on your technical prowess, coding skills, analysing skill, and behavioural skills. You will be asked to write codes, solve puzzles and answer questions based on your past projects.

To increase your chances of acing the interview, search and practice for Oracle interview questions online. Once you get past the interviews, there will be a small HR interview post which you will be given the selection letter.
